By accessing or using the Hack N Learn platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use and our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Permitted Educational Use

Hack N Learn provides controlled virtual labs, simulated vulnerability environments, and capture-the-flag exercises strictly for defensive education, skills assessment, and training.

• Users must only perform vulnerability discovery within designated, isolated sandbox targets
• Attacking external networks, unauthorized targets, or shared infrastructure is strictly prohibited
• Skills acquired on the platform must be applied only for lawful and authorized security practices

3. User Accounts & Institutional Access

Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activities occurring under their accounts. Institutions are responsible for managing authorized user rosters.

4. Intellectual Property

All curriculum content, game mechanics, challenge scenarios, branding, software code, and graphics remain the exclusive property of Hack N Learn or its content licensors.

Hack N Learn is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any unauthorized external actions taken by participants outside of our controlled sandboxes.
